Richard Sollosi

 

I was born late September in 2004, making me 16 years old. I moved to Uniontown and started going to school in the 6th grade and I’ve been here since. I like living here because it brought me closer to the outdoors where I spend most of my time.
Favorite ceramic technique:
Coil form is Probably my favorite technique because it was useful and you could do just about everything with it.
Artistic influences: I’m not exactly sure what inspires me but my creativity does. My creativity has a mind of its own and goes for what looks right and resembles myself in some sort of way. There isn’t a certain influence inspiring me but there are bits and pieces from all over that are shown through my creativity,

My ceramic piece is a clay pumpkin with a scary face and a hollow inside.
