Keara Higgenbottam

 

I’m Keara Hickenbottom. I’m 17 years old and I attend Uniontown High School. I would say Im a pretty creative person with lots of different ideas in mind. I got into art when I was younger because of my dad. He would teach me simple drawings and things like that and I just grew into liking art. 

My favorite art process would have to be painting and drawing. Drawing to me is more like a focus for me because all the details and everything it takes into drawing whereas painting is more relaxing because of the brush gliding onto whatever i may be painting on. Some influences would be nature and emotions. Nature is very pretty to capture unto art and nice to look at. Emotions are more so easier for me to express into art than words because it’s a creative way to get it out and be expressive of how you feel about something. In my art I hope people see some progress and understand the emotions in the art and their meanings.
